terms/fees for any work performed. You may want to consult with
appropriate expert advisers to assist in your home improvements,
including a lawyer regarding contracts, permits, and other necessary job
documentation and insurance professional regarding the contractor's
and your own insurance coverage requirements. The owners of stairs4u.com
or our affiliates, do not recommend or endorse any specific service
provider, provide professional advice or screen any individuals.
Problems that arise before, during or after site usage will be the sole
responsibility of the site user.

you hire thoroughly. Always get at least three estimates for any

Even though we are not responsible, for any contractors, if you are
dissatisfied with a service provider on our website, we would like to remove

Each membership price is valid for a one year membership, where your company
name, address, phone number, e-mail address , will be posted. If you are
dissatisfied with our service in anyway, contact us immediately and we
will remove your membership, without a refund. Stairs4u.com reserves the
right to immediately suspend or terminate your account in its sole
discretion.
We will not work with or support contractors who engaged in unfair
business practices. If we have more than three complaints, from anyone
about your business, we reserve the right to cancel your membership,
without refunding any said monies paid to stairs4u.com.
Changes to the Service or Terms, stairs4u.com may from time to time
without notice change, add, or remove certain features of our service or
change the terms of this agreement.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any business.
